Qualifications

• 8+ years of programming experience in a relevant language.
• 6+ years building large-scale applications or similar experience.
• Experience leading major initiatives and teams.
• Experience building and shipping high quality work with high reliability.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with Python, JavaScript or Hack scripting languages.
• Experience improving quality via code reviews, testing, rollout, monitoring, and proactive changes.
• Experience using data to explain technical problems and provide solutions.
