Qualifications

• Strong track record leading engineering teams and driving cross-functional partnerships.
• Experience coding in C/C++ and Java; Python and shell scripting also used.
• 6+ years in software engineering; 3+ years if PhD earned.
• Experience building high-quality, reliable software and shipping it.
• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field; advanced degrees preferred.
• Experience with ML models at scale and data-driven impact.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build innovative application experiences.
• Implement custom user interfaces using modern programming techniques.
• Develop reusable components interfacing with back-end platforms.
• Analyze and optimize code for quality, efficiency, and performance.
• Lead complex technical or product efforts and provide guidance.
• Architect efficient and scalable systems for complex apps.
• Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues.
• Work across multiple languages and technologies.
• Own components, features, or systems end-to-end.
