Job summary

Beyondsoft Consulting (Singapore) Pte. Ltd is seeking an experienced software lead to design, develop, and deliver advanced .NET solutions powering DNA sequencing and genotyping instruments.

You will drive architecture, mentor teams, and own the code quality across the full Agile lifecycle. Deep hands-on coding in C#, REST APIs, and front-end integration with Angular/React, plus strong unit testing and best practices, are required.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
• Strong OOP with C# and deep experience in .NET applications.
• Experience designing REST APIs and async programming.
• Front-end familiarity with Angular or React.
• Proven unit testing and code quality practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical leadership within Agile scrum teams to design, develop, test, and deliver software that controls advanced DNA sequencing and genotyping instruments.
• Lead software architecture, design, and implementation activities to deliver scalable, maintainable, and high-quality solutions aligned with product and business objectives.
• Actively participate in the full Agile development lifecycle, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex software defects and technical issues in a timely and structured manner.
• Drive software design and code reviews to ensure adherence to engineering best practices, coding standards, testability, maintainability, and product quality expectations.
• Coordinate effectively with local and remote team members to promote clear communication, technical alignment, knowledge sharing, and timely execution across distributed development activities.
