Job summary
DA Software Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Lead for Core Policy Administration systems.
You will design and deliver engineering solutions supporting product sales, customer acquisition, and servicing, including Life Asia/Life400, underwriting engines, and middleware integrations. Qualifications
- Extensive experience with Life Insurance Policy Administration systems.
- 5–7 years in Insurance/Financial Services, with 5+ years supporting Core Policy Administration systems.
- Experience with Underwriting Engines, Front-End and Mobile Apps, Workflow solutions.
- Strong omnichannel integration experience.
- Knowledge of Agile/Iterative delivery methodologies.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical delivery of projects per scope, quality, and timelines.
- Collaborate with Business Product Owners and technical teams.
- Provide SME for Core Policy Administration initiatives.
- Promote knowledge sharing across technical and business teams.
- Define technical designs for new product launches and enhancements.
- Ensure robust architecture for Policy Administration systems.
