Job summary

ST Engineering Unmanned & Integrated Systems Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Senior / Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain advanced software solutions. You will contribute to system architecture, APIs, and data models, working in a collaborative, innovation-driven environment.

You will design software modules, ensure security and quality standards, and support deployment and integration across platforms while continuously improving processes and staying aligned with cybersecurity and

Qualifications

• Two or more years of software design, development, testing and maintenance experience.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Java, C#, C++, Python, JavaScript).
• Experience with relational databases and SQL.
• Experience with Git.
• Familiarity with SDLC, OO design and design principles.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team.
• Singaporean only.

Responsibilities

• Design software architecture, application modules, APIs and database structures according to business and operation requirements.
• Develop clean, efficient, secure and maintainable code following coding standards.
• Prepare and maintain software design documents, source-code documentation, test procedures and user guides.
• Collaborate with internal teams to submit technical proposals and deliver solutions within agreed timelines.
• Support system integration, deployment, acceptance testing and software-release activities.
• Assess emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems and processes.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data-protection and quality requirements.

Qualities We Value

• Experience with relational databases, SQL, PowerApps,GoogleAI Studio and UiPath.
• Familiarity with software-development lifecycles, object-oriented design and common design principles.
• Experience using source-control tools such as Git.
• Excellent analytical, written and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
