ST Engineering Mission Software & Services Pte Ltd is seeking software engineers to join a project team delivering innovative software solutions. You will work with project managers, technical leads, architects, and fellow engineers across the full project lifecycle.

The role offers exposure to AI-enabled software, Generative AI, cloud services, and modern frameworks. You will contribute to design, development, testing, and continuous improvement in a collaborative, cutting-edge environment.

Qualificações

• Basic programming experience with C#, Java, JavaScript, HTML5, TypeScript and Python.
• Understanding of Generative AI concepts (LLMs, prompt engineering, Retrieval-augmented Generation, AI agents).
• Familiarity with full-stack development and modern frameworks such as Angular, Node.js, React.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Experience with AI-assisted software development tools (GitHub Copilot, Azure OpenAI).
• Knowledge of cloud AI platforms and enterprise AI concepts is advantageous.

Qualities We Value

• Basic programming experience with C#, Java, JavaScript, HTML5, Typescript and Python is preferred.

• Basic understanding of Generative AI concepts, including Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, Retrieval-augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and intelligent automation.

• Familiarity with full-stack development and modern frameworks such as Angular, Node.js, React, and related technologies is an advantage.

• Familiarity with software engineering principles and agile development methodologies is preferred.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted software development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, or equivalent AI coding assistants is an advantage.

• Familiarity with vector databases, semantic search technologies, and enterprise knowledge management solutions is an advantage.

• Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) is an advantage.

• Experience developing or integrating AI-powered features using cloud AI platforms such as Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, or equivalent solutions is an advantage.

• Understanding of AI application design patterns, including conversational AI, document search, knowledge retrieval, summarization, recommendation engines, and decision-support systems.

• Understanding of Responsible AI principles, including AI governance, security, data privacy, explainability, and ethical AI considerations.

• Awareness of AI security risks such as prompt injection, data leakage, model vulnerabilities, and the secure deployment of AI-enabled applications in enterprise environments is an advantage.

• Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies, frameworks, and AI capabilities.
