Job summary

MINDEF's Digital Ops-Tech Centre (DOTC) is seeking a senior software engineer to lead development of meaningful digital solutions for Singapore Armed Forces in a startup-like environment.

You will design, develop, test and maintain scalable applications across the full stack, manage roadmaps, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to balance security, stability and performance in a complex operational setting.

Qualifications

• Degree in CS/CE/IT/Data Science or equivalent.
• 6+ years in software development for large-scale systems.
• Proficient in modern full-stack web development.
• Committed to engineering excellence and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and agencies.
• Manage roadmaps for new and existing digital products.
• Understand the operational needs of users across SAF services.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications across the full tech stack.
