Job summary

GovTech Singapore is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Full-Stack) to design, build and maintain secure, reliable digital services for MOF and its Ministry Family agencies. You will deliver features end to end, from front-end interfaces to back-end services, APIs and integrations, working with Product, UX and vendors to translate requirements into practical solutions.

You will drive CI/CD, automated testing, DevSecOps and AI-assisted tooling with ownership and strong technical judgment,

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on software engineering experience in modern enterprise or digital product environments.
• Strong full-stack development experience with proficiency in a modern frontend framework and a backend language/framework.
• Experience with API design, system integration and data processing.
• Good understanding of databases, cloud platforms, security, reliability and performance.
• Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, DevSecOps and observability.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain full-stack services for MOF and its Ministry Family agencies.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, engineering managers and vendors to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, code reviews and observability.
• Mentor engineers and share best practices across the team.
