Job summary

SCIENTEC CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a passionate Software Developer to build and enhance large-scale citizen-facing applications.

You will work with modern technologies including JavaScript/TypeScript, Golang/Java/Python and cloud deployment (AWS) to deliver impactful government digital services. Salary up to $11,000 SGD with AWS benefits; enjoy up to 21 days annual leave and a birthday off as part of a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Experience in web application development using ReactJS, NodeJS and TypeScript.
• Experience with cloud platforms AWS, GCP or Azure.
• Experience in SQL databases.
• Familiar with Agile and CI/CD practices.
• Familiar with Git version control.

Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end software development cycle including front-end and back-end development.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy applications for government digital services and citizen-fronting platforms.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement designs into code.
• Design, develop, and maintain server-side logic.
• Implement RESTful APIs for frontend-backend communication.
• Design and implement database schemas using MySQL or other databases.
• Write unit tests to ensure reliability and stability.

Responsibilities:

1. Participate in end-to-end software development cycle which including front-end and back-end development.
2. Design, develop, test, and deploy software applications that support government digital services and citizen-fronting platforms.
3. Develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces.
4. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement design mockups into code.
5. Design, develop, and maintain server-side logic.
6. Implement RESTful APIs for seamless communication between the frontend and backend.
7. Design and implement database schemas using technologies such as MySQL, or other relevant databases.
8. Write unit tests to ensure the reliability and stability of the application.

Requirements:
