Job summary

Care Corner Singapore Ltd. is seeking an experienced Social Worker (Senior/Supervisory) to manage end-to-end casework for clients within ProjectStART. You will perform holistic assessments, risk analyses, and intervene with appropriate plans, while coordinating urgent responses for high-risk cases.

Supervision of interns or junior staff is included, with opportunities to lead project teams. The role requires 3–6 years of direct social work experience, strong interpersonal and communication

Qualifications

• Degree/Graduate Diploma in Social Work.
• Minimum of 3–6 years of direct social work experience for different levels.
• Past supervisory experience is advantageous.
• Candidates from non-social work qualifications with relevant sector experience may apply and be considered as Executive (Social Work).

Responsibilities

• End-to-end casework of clients from information gathering to case closure.
• Holistic assessment including resilience and risk assessment.
• Activate and mobilise for high-risk cases; support urgent response.
• Develop and implement case intervention plans.
• Supervise student interns or junior social workers.
• Lead or participate in project teams (education, group work, research).
• Maintain accurate case documentation.
