Job summary

Care Corner is hiring a Social Worker (Experienced/Senior/Supervisory) to perform end-to-end casework for clients, from assessment to closure, in collaboration with partners and stakeholders. The role includes supervision of interns or junior staff and leading project teams on education, group work and research.

Qualifications

• Degree/Graduate Diploma in Social Work required.
• 3–6 years of direct social work experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Past supervisory experience is advantageous.
• Open to candidates from non-social work qualifications with relevant sector experience (Executive role).

Responsibilities

• End-to-end casework of clients from information gathering, assessment, and case management to case closure.
• Use organizational frameworks to assess resilience and risk.
• Support urgent response activation and mobilise for high-risk cases.
• Develop and implement case intervention plans and supervise interns or junior workers.
• Lead or participate in project teams on education, group work and research.
• Maintain consistent and accurate case documentation.
