Job summary

The role includes case management for low to moderate risk cases, delivering counselling via face-to-face, online, or group formats, and developing programmes with crisis intervention and referrals as needed. You will also conduct research, support outreach and trainings, and assist in clinical supervision and CPD to maintain professional

Qualifications

• Master in Counselling from SAC-recognized institution.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience with children, couples and families.
• Proficiency in systemic counselling approaches and effective report writing.

Responsibilities

• Counselling assessments and interventions.
• Conduct routine counselling cases using multiple modes (face-to-face, online, group work).
• Case formulation, preparation of assessment reports, referrals to social service agencies.
• Provide crisis intervention and referrals when required.
• Maintain confidential case notes and comply with PDPA and ethics.
• Participate in supervision and CPD.
