Job summary

Qualifications

Registered Social Worker with SWAAB.
Minimum 6 years direct social work experience, including 2 years in supervision.
Experience in staff supervision and performance evaluation.
Ability in resource management, budgeting, and operations oversight.

Responsibilities

Strategic leadership for the Social Work team and alignment with organisational goals.
Oversee service planning, program development, and community initiatives.
Maintain clinical governance, safeguarding, and escalation processes.
Provide supervision and staff development across the team.
Engage with stakeholders and community partners regularly.
Monitor KPIs, reporting, and compliance with standards.
Undertake other duties as assigned by management.
