Job summary

We Are Social Singapore is seeking a full-time Senior Strategist to develop insightful strategic solutions for exciting brands in SG and beyond. The role spans audience insights, brand strategy, social and content, and measurement, with a social-first mindset driving cross-disciplinary opportunities.

You will craft questions, structure briefs and pitches, analyze data and culture, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 6 years of relevant experience in agencies or similar setup.
• Inquisitive, proactive and collaborative problem-solver.
• Fluency in crafting data-driven strategic thinking and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Take client briefs, distill them, and develop internal briefs and external proposals.
• Analyse data, culture, and consumer insights to guide strategy and growth.
• Collaborate across brand, digital, social, and content to plan campaigns.
• Define metrics, track success, and present strategic counsel to clients.
• Mentor junior team members and stay ahead of industry trends.
