Job summary

AMD in Singapore is seeking a Test Development engineer to drive next-gen DFT solutions and analytics across FPGA, SoC, and silicon bring-up. You will collaborate with chip leads and DFT teams to advance test strategies, automate workflows, and improve productivity.

The ideal candidate will have Embedded C experience, RTL/Verilog/SystemVerilog skills, and a passion for applying AI to engineering processes. A strong collaborative mindset and ability to span pre-silicon to product execution are

Qualifications

• Bachelors in EE/CE/CS or related field; Masters preferred.
• Involvement with software or data analytics is beneficial.
• Experience with RTL design and pre-silicon validation is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Drive DFT and Test Development architecture discussions across FPGA, SoC, and chip-level environments.
• Collaborate with chip leads, architects, and engineering teams to develop end-to-end test solutions.
• Support pre-silicon validation, silicon bring-up, debug, and product execution activities.
• Develop dashboards, automation, and analytics solutions that improve engineering productivity and decision making.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI and data-driven approaches to engineering workflows and operational challenges.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives involving Design, DFT, Product Engineering, and Test Development organizations.
• Drive projects from concept through deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to technical roadmaps that improve product quality, engineering effectiveness, and organizational productivity.
