You will own business planning, sales channels, SME customer acquisition, and key partnerships, with accountability for revenue, loan growth, and portfolio performance.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in banking/finance or related services.
• Experience in SME/commercial lending, credit, sales or relationship management.
• Track record of driving business growth and strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Credit Marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Drive SME customer acquisition and strengthen relationships with customers.
• Develop and optimise sales channels to support sustainable growth.
• Monitor portfolio performance and manage budgeting and forecasting for the department.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Credit Marketing team.
