Job summary

GSK is seeking an experienced site IT leader to deliver on-site tech roadmap projects and global deployments. You will work with product, platform, engineering and business teams to translate plans into released capabilities and ensure benefits realization at the site level.

You will manage local deployment, continuity, and support of global applications, coordinating cutover, hypercare, and alignment with central templates. Strong risk, security and audit oversight are essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Manufacturing Systems or related field.
• 8+ years of tech experience in a manufacturing site.
• Lean / Six Sigma Orange Belt.
• ITIL Foundation certificate.
• Strong project management skills to deliver to plan, budget, and scope.
• Experience with inspection readiness, risk and finance management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site Tech roadmap projects leveraging governance mechanisms with matrix teams.
• Translate plans into releases, track benefits, remediate issues and realize site outcomes.
• Manage local deployment, rollout, continuity and support of global apps and platforms.
• Coordinate cutover and hypercare, align templates with site-specific needs.
• Co-design and implement data-driven solutions for paperless and analytics initiatives.
• Ensure data quality, integrations and local process changes align with roadmap and infra constraints.
• Manage IT risk, security, continuity and compliance with global IT standards.
• Provide audit support, preparing evidence and documentation across applications and infra.
• Maintain governance and data quality for technology assets (ServiceNow, CMDB, inventory).
• Lead structured problem solving for major incidents and RCAs.
• Coordinate lifecycle management of tech assets and site infrastructure.
• Oversee tech service delivery across other sites, coordinating partners and resources remotely.
