Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in manufacturing, production, or technical trades.
• Experience supervising or mentoring team members in a production environment.
• Clear written and spoken English and strong record-keeping skills.
• Able to work full-time on-site during the day shift and support handovers.

Responsibilities

• Perform day shift production activities to meet safety, quality and output targets.
• Set up, changeovers and handovers with correct procedures and documentation.
• Coach and mentor junior technicians and operators through on-the-job training.
• Inspect equipment, perform basic maintenance and coordinate with engineers for repairs.
• Support investigations, gather evidence and implement corrective actions.
• Lead small improvement projects to boost efficiency, reduce waste or improve quality.
• Ensure safe and compliant operations and accurate batch records.
