Job summary

GMP Technologies seeks a Senior System Engineer to act as the senior technical authority for end-to-end system architecture and delivery across complex deployments. You will define strategy, mentor engineers, and serve as the top escalation point for Sev-1/Sev-2 incidents.

You will lead architecture reviews, governance, and handovers while ensuring security, performance, and compliance across projects, partnered with PMO and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in systems engineering with architecture exposure.
• RHCE, AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD) or similar credentials preferred.
• Willingness to travel for onsite deployments and cutover activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture and design for multi-site, geo-redundant systems (HLD/LLD/DLD).
• Own delivery plans, risk management, and validation across staging to production.
• Mentor engineers, review designs, and drive incident resolution with permanent corrective actions.
