GSK is seeking an experienced EHS professional to oversee site Safety, Health and Environmental programs. The role focuses on maintaining the EHS management system, ensuring regulatory compliance and driving continuous improvement to create a safer workplace.

You will train staff and contractors, develop EHS strategies and lead audits. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 2 years in high-risk facilities, with strong analytical and stakeholder-management

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in EHS, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering or Science related field is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical, chemical or other high-risk manufacturing facilities.
• Ability to provide confidence to stakeholders and to provide sound, practical EHS advice to the business and reliable decision-making.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain site’s EHS management system to ensure compliance with legal and GSK EHS standards requirements while facilitating continuous improvement.
• Contribute to the development of site’s EHS strategies, plans, policies, procedures and risk assessment techniques; support implementation of life-saving rules and safe systems of work.
