GlaxoSmithKline is seeking a seasoned engineer to oversee capital projects from scoping to commissioning. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, source critical equipment, and ensure compliance with GMP and quality standards.
You will collaborate with automation and utilities teams to improve energy efficiency and validate new technologies. Strong leadership, analytical skills, and a track record in pharmaceutical trouble-shooting are essential.
Manage capital projects; scope and design, source and procure equipment and instrumentation, manage activities across all project phases. Support GMP qualification activities for new technology and continuous improvement projects.
Minimum degree in relevant engineering field with at least 4 years of relevant engineering experience. Highly knowledgeable and competent in their field of work. Demonstrate excellent GMP behaviour and safe practices. Strong knowledge in pharmaceutical trouble-shooting experience. Strong leadership in team management. Good analytical skill in investigation. Lead complex issues investigation and detailed troubleshooting.
