WSP CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Resident Technical Officer to supervise civil works in Singapore, including diaphragm wall construction and deep excavation projects.

You will ensure compliance with drawings, specifications and contract documents, oversee quality control, and coordinate with the Superintending Officer / Consultant / Qualified Person. A Diploma in Civil Engineering and IES/ACES registration are required, with at least 8 years of RTO experience.

Qualificações

• Diploma in Civil Engineering is required.
• Registered Resident Technical Officer with IES/ACES.
• Minimum 8 years of experience as an RTO, including supervision of diaphragm wall, deep excavation, tunnels, drainage, pavements and runways.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise site works under the Building Control Act.
• Ensure timely execution, quality control, and contract compliance with drawings, specifications, timeframes and site instructions.
• Check drawings and specifications for discrepancies and report to the Superintending Officer / Consultant / Qualified Person.
• Check shop drawings and as-built drawings/OMM submitted by the contractor.
• Inspect material quality and report non-conforming materials.
• Ensure required construction tests are carried out when necessary.
