Job summary

STALWART ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore seeks a Resident Technical Officer (RTO) to supervise civil, structural and geotechnical works on major projects, including tunnels and deep excavations.

You will install monitoring instruments, manage data, ensure compliance with codes, prepare progress reports, and maintain site records while coordinating with the team and adapting to shift work.

Qualifications

• Accreditation by IES and ACES.
• BCSS Course certificate held.
• Degree in Civil/Structural/Geotechnical engineering from a recognized institution.

Responsibilities

• Supervise major construction works to ensure safety and design compliance.
• Install and manage monitoring instruments and collate data for project assessment.
• Apply codes and site supervision requirements for quality control and administration.
• Prepare detailed progress reports and track milestones.
• Maintain accurate site records reflecting progress and compliance.
• Identify and resolve site issues to minimize delays and support teamwork.
• Adapt to shift schedules to support continuous operations.
