Xy F & S Builder in Singapore is seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to oversee construction activities, plan and monitor progress, and coordinate with main contractors and consultants to resolve technical issues on site.

You will guide supervisors, maintain quality standards, prepare method statements, and ensure safety and neatness on site while delivering projects in line with master schedules.

Formación

• Bachelor-level civil engineering degree or equivalent.
• Experience with Singapore LTA projects.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee construction activities and monitor progress.
• Schedule work according to the master and detailed programme.
• Liaise with main contractor/consultants and clients for technical issues and coordinate site activities with subcontractors.
• Handle technical and engineering problems on site.
• Provide guidance to supervisors and ensure progress according to schedule.
• Maintain quality standards and conduct site inspections to resolve issues.

Job Description:

• Oversee the construction activities and progress, plan, implement and monitor work
• Schedule in accordance to the master and detailed work programme
• Liaise with maincontractor/ consultants (QPS)/ client for technical issues and coordinate the site activities with subcontractors
• Handle of technical and engineering problems
• Provide guidance to supervisors in relation to construction works, ensure progress according to schedule,
• Maintain quality standards, carry out site inspections and resolve technical issues on time
• Prepare report and method statement whenever necessary
• Manage and control workers and monitor their work closely to keep site safer and neat
• Supervise ongoing site activities closely

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent,
• Experienced in Singapore LTA projects,
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience.
