Qualifications

• Diploma in Building, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, NCCS or related.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in construction or site supervision.
• RTO Certification or relevant site supervision certification is an advantage.
• Familiar with site inspection, quality control and ensuring works per drawings/specifications.
• Experience coordinating with contractors, consultants and stakeholders on site.

Responsibilities

• Carry out site study to verify scope of works against site condition.
• Assist in preparation of tender specifications and forms of tender.
• Carry out daily site supervision for repairs, redecorations, reroofing and additions/alterations.
• Handover projects to clients upon completion.
• Assess progress payments due to contractors based on actual work.
• Compute variations by taking-off quantities and site measurements.
• Prepare Final Accounts for projects upon completion.
• Monitor contractors' progress and performance.
