Job summary

EM Services Pte Ltd in Singapore invites applications for a Site Supervisor to manage repairs, redecorations, reroofing and alterations on various properties. You will verify scopes against conditions, assist tendering, supervise daily works, and hand over completed projects to clients.

Requirements include a Diploma in Building or related field and at least 2 years of site experience. RTO certification is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Building, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, NCCS, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in construction or site supervision, preferably in building or civil engineering projects.
• Resident Technical Officer (RTO) Certification or site supervision certification is an added advantage.

• Carry out site study to verify the scope of works against actual site condition.
• Assist in the preparation of tender specifications and form of tender.
