Job summary

DSV Singapore seeks a strategic and hands-on leader to oversee one or more major contract logistics sites, ensuring safety, efficiency and client satisfaction. You will be the primary executive contact for key client accounts at the site level, driving engagement and SLA adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in SCM, Logistics, Business Admin or Engineering.
• 10+ years of progressive management experience in 3PL/Contract Logistics.
• At least 5 years in a senior site leadership role and managing large teams (>100 staff).
• Strong financial, commercial, and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Hold full P&L accountability for assigned facilities and optimize costs and revenue.
• Lead Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews with key clients to discuss performance and alignment.
• Champion Continuous Improvement and Lean Six Sigma to reduce bottlenecks and waste.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore WSH, MOM standards and governance.
