Job summary

ST Engineering is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead shipbuilding projects from inception to completion. You will plan, coordinate, and supervise activities across engineering, procurement, production and quality assurance to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and the highest quality standards.

The role requires 8–10 years in marine project management, strong knowledge of shipbuilding processes, and proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of project management experience in marine/shipbuilding.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and complex engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of shipbuilding standards and technical specs.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans with scope, milestones, and resources.
• Coordinate execution, track progress, and manage timelines and budgets.
• Lead risk management and mitigation strategies.
• Maintain proactive communication with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Oversee procurement activities and ensure quality and contractual compliance.
• Prepare regular status reports for senior management and clients.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental practices on site.
• Drive continuous improvement by applying lessons learned.
