Job summary

Inmorphis Services in Singapore seeks a Senior Software Engineer / Technical Lead for ServiceNow SPM. You will design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions centered on Strategic Portfolio Management and related modules.

The role requires hands-on SPM experience, strong JavaScript, and the ability to work with ITSM/ITOM/ITAM/HRSD/CSM or IntegrationHub. Mentoring and collaboration with architects, analysts, and stakeholders are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience (Senior) or 7+ years (Technical Lead).
• Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
• Experience configuring SPM modules: Demand, PPM, Resource, Financial Planning, Agile.
• End-to-end ServiceNow implementation projects.
• Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting knowledge (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs).
• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Catalog and Workspaces.
• REST/SOAP integrations experience.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and deployment practices.
• Update sets, source control, and release management experience.
• Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and implement SPM solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Configure SPM capabilities including Demand, PPM, Resource, Agile, Investment Funding, and Planning.
• Develop server-side and client-side customizations using ServiceNow scripting.
• Build apps using App Engine where required.
• Configure Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Catalog, and Workspaces.
• Develop and maintain REST/SOAP integrations via IntegrationHub and MID Server.
• Provide technical estimates, design reviews, and impact analysis.
• Mentor junior developers and lead technical discussions.
• Prepare technical documentation and deployment guides.
• Stay updated with new ServiceNow releases and SPM capabilities.
