Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in UX design with a strong portfolio.
• Experience driving design in complex/high-impact domains.
• Experience with OKRs and product analytics and agile teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead design across a product space and multiple product teams.
• Co-create with product, design and engineering stakeholders.
• Set design standards, processes and outputs within the domain.
• Consult on end-to-end design for complex programs and ensure accessibility and inclusive design.
