Job summary

LPS seeks a highly experienced Service Delivery Director to lead enterprise infrastructure, security, and managed services across multiple client environments. You will own service excellence, client satisfaction, and P&L performance in a System Integrator setting.

The role requires deep expertise in on-prem and hybrid infrastructure (Nutanix, VMware, Windows, Linux, storage, network, SIEM) and strong governance, financial accountability, and people development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related discipline.
• 15+ years in Infrastructure Operations, Managed Services or IT Service Delivery.
• 7+ years in senior leadership managing large technical teams and client-facing services.
• Experience in SI/MSP/Technology Services with P&L ownership.
• Strong governance, budgeting, and performance management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure, security, and managed services across multiple environments.
• Ensure SLAs, KPIs, and service quality targets are met, with high customer satisfaction.
• Act as executive escalation point for major incidents and critical customer concerns.
• Conduct executive service reviews and build trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders.
• Drive continual service improvement and operational transformation initiatives.
• Own and manage the P&L for managed services and infrastructure portfolios.
