Job summary

People Profilers Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a focused Yield Engineer to drive yield improvement, quality enhancement and manufacturing efficiency in a semiconductor environment. You will analyze yield data, identify loss mechanisms, lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions, while coordinating with Process, Equipment, Quality and Production teams to boost yield and productivity.

The role requires strong analytical skills, familiarity with Excel, JMP, Tableau, Power BI

Qualifications

Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
2–5 years’ experience in semiconductor Process/Yield Engineering.
Knowledge of semiconductor wafer/package manufacturing is an advantage.
Proficient in Excel, JMP, Tableau, Power BI or Python.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.

Responsibilities

Analyze yield data, trends and anomalies to identify improvement opportunities.
Drive yield improvement, process optimization and continuous improvement projects.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions.
Prepare yield reports, dashboards and technical presentations.
Support process qualifications, audits and customer technical reviews.
Work closely with Process, Equipment, Quality and Production teams to improve yield, quality and productivity.
