Job summary

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in semiconductor yield engineering, strong analytical skills, and experience with WLCSP. Office-hour, permanent position with a pathway to leadership in quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a mechanical or electrical engineering discipline.
• 2–5 years of relevant semiconductor process or yield engineering experience.
• Knowledge of Wafer Level Chip Scale Packaging (WLCSP) operations is an added advantage.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, JMP, Tableau, Python, Fine BI).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated and committed to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct yield analysis to identify yield loss, quality issues, and process improvement opportunities.
• Drive yield improvement initiatives through root cause analysis and CAPA.
• Monitor production yield performance, prepare weekly reports, and analyse trends and abnormalities.
• Collaborate with Process, Equipment, and Quality teams to improve manufacturing performance and product quality.
• Lead yield-related investigations, audits, and reviews, including preparation of technical reports and presentations.
• Support customer engagements, process qualifications, and improvement of process, material, and equipment capabilities.
• Develop and maintain yield dashboards to monitor performance and highlight improvement opportunities.
• Support continuous improvement projects to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
