Job summary

Applied Materials is seeking a senior- through executive-level leader to drive cross-functional programs across divisions in Singapore. The role focuses on prioritizing the product portfolio, managing budgets and OPEX, and delivering on GM and cycle-time targets.

You will lead managers and collaborate with Division GM and staff to implement key non-technical programs and ensure adherence to global standards of business conduct. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing managers.
• Ability to manage budgets and OPEX with alignment to AOP.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated business acumen to drive GM and operational targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs to meet and exceed objectives and financial goals.
• Prioritize division portfolio and align budget with business plans.
• Track and adjust OPEX to meet spending targets and AOP.
• Drive continuous improvement and ePLC project deliverables.
• Coordinate with Division GM and staff to execute key programs across divisions.
