Job summary

TALENT RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Service Engineer for the semiconductor sector in Woodlands, Singapore. The role focuses on installing, diagnosing, and repairing Pick & Place equipment used in advanced packaging, with leadership in upgrades and maintenance.

You will collaborate with customers, monitor performance, and support on-site benchmarking while traveling to sites as required. A strong engineering background and cleanroom experience are essential.

Qualifications

Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
At least 3 years of relevant semiconductor industry experience.
Experience with Pick & Place equipment and epoxy processes.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Willing to work in cleanroom environments and travel frequently.

Responsibilities

Install, diagnose, service and repair Pick & Place equipment for semiconductor packaging.
Lead equipment upgrades, preventive maintenance and repairs.
Liaise with customers on technical matters and resolve issues promptly.
Monitor equipment performance and provide regular updates.
Support application development, sample evaluation and on-site benchmarking.
