Job summary

LPB TALENT SOLUTION PTE. LTD. is expanding its semiconductor design team and seeks experienced engineers to drive innovation in chip design and architecture. The role focuses on front-end RTL design, verification, and synthesis, plus back-end implementation.

You will develop IP blocks for advanced SoC platforms and collaborate on system-level architecture to optimize performance, power, and area. A fast-paced, collaborative environment with cross-functional teams awaits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in chip design (front-end/back-end/IP/architecture).
• Strong knowledge of EDA tools, design flows and semiconductor processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to front-end RTL design, verification, and synthesis.
• Drive back-end implementation including floorplanning, placement, routing, and timing closure.
• Develop and integrate IP blocks for advanced SoC platforms.
• Collaborate on system-level architecture to optimize performance, power and area.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design quality and manufacturability.
