Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive management experience in procurement/supply chain/operations.
• Experience leading multiple teams through subordinate leaders.
• Strong governance, performance management and continuous improvement background.
• Strong financial, analytical, and business judgment.
• Ability to influence senior executives and drive cross-functional change.
• Excellent communication, organizational and change-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead centralized procurement operations through managers and supervisors.
• Own end-to-end purchasing processes, governance, policies and standard work.
• Ensure sourcing strategies, contracts and procurement policies are executed.
• Manage supplier delivery, performance, risks, escalations and continuity.
• Drive improvements in cost, cycle time, service, compliance, quality, inventory, automation and data accuracy.
• Monitor procurement KPIs and implement corrective/improvement actions.
• Maintain accurate supplier, material and pricing master data.
• Advise senior leadership on supplier risks, capacity constraints and continuity issues.
• Develop talent, succession plans and leadership capabilities within procurement.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, Engineering and Procurement teams.
