Job summary

XINPAL PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a proactive Senior Procurement Executive to oversee direct procurement for our ASIC and semiconductor design business, focusing on cost competitiveness, supply continuity, and strong supplier partnerships.

You will manage regional procurement across Singapore, Malaysia and Taiwan, leading sourcing, RFQ, supplier selection, contracts, and payments while building lasting supplier relationships and driving performance improvements.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement across Singapore, Malaysia, and Taiwan, including sourcing, RFQ, supplier selection, purchase orders, contracts, payment terms, and delivery follow-up.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive improvements in cost, quality, delivery, and service.
• Identify supply risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure supply continuity.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable procurement, import/export, and regulatory requirements across the region.
• Review supplier invoices for GST and other indirect tax accuracy and support Finance with audit and compliance documentation

This role is responsible for managing end-to-end direct procurement activities that support our ASIC and semiconductor design business, while ensuring cost competitiveness, supply continuity, and strong supplier partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end procurement across Singapore, Malaysia, and Taiwan, including sourcing, RFQ, supplier selection, purchase orders, contracts, payment terms, and delivery follow-up.

Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and on-time delivery.

Monitor supplier performance and drive improvements in cost, quality, delivery, and service.

Identify supply risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure supply continuity.

Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable procurement, import/export, and regulatory requirements across the region.

Review supplier invoices for GST and other indirect tax accuracy and support Finance with audit and compliance documentation

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Minimum 5 years of direct procurement experience, experience in the semiconductor, ASIC, electronics, or high-tech industry is an advantage.

Experience supporting regional procurement across multiple countries is preferred.

Strong negotiation, supplier management, and stakeholder management skills.

Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in ERP system and Microsoft Office applications.

Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
