Job summary

G4S Secure Solutions (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end execution of our outcome-based security contract. You will manage workforce operations, maintain stakeholder relationships, and ensure delivery of compliant security personnel and system technology across client sites.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Security or equivalent disciplined service qualification/experience.
• At least 5 years hands-on operational management experience in security or related fields.
• Ability to lead a large team (50+ staff) across multiple sites.
• Strong English communication, both verbal and written.
• Own transportation is preferred.
• Familiarity with PSR/PLRD/MOM regulatory requirements is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as single point of contact for Contract, Managing Agent, and site Ops Managers.
• Oversee staffing with HR, ensure client invoicing is accurate and timely.
• Maintain contract compliance, training records, inventories, and audits.
• Direct staff to adhere to procedures and company policies.
• Coordinate security and HSE risk surveys and site visits.
