Job summary

Careerally Pte Ltd is seeking a Security Engineering Manager to lead the architecture, deployment, and operation of core Information Security platforms in a complex enterprise. You will guide a team of engineers, drive governance-aligned security programs, and ensure robust vulnerability management and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in cybersecurity, network, info and data security within complex enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise security technologies and governance.
• Experience implementing security tools across platforms including AWS.
• Understanding of security frameworks, risk management and regulatory requirements (ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2).

Responsibilities

• Architect enterprise security tools and present designs to governance boards for approval.
• Manage security platforms end-to-end, including config, changes, incident and problem management within SLAs.
• Oversee vulnerability management, PAM, and daily service requests.
• Build dashboards to track tool health, audits, and KRIs for leadership.
• Provide leadership during incidents with fast resolution and post-mortems.
