Job summary

Terumo in Singapore is seeking a Regional Marketing leader to shape and execute SEA strategies across diagnostics and life sciences. You will drive market adoption, profitability, and cross-functional alignment with sales, medical affairs, and global marketing.

You will partner with country teams to craft go-to-market plans, manage product lifecycle, and develop compelling value propositions for key accounts and KOLs, ensuring sustainable revenue growth in the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Marketing and/or Business (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 8 years’ working experience, with at least 5 years in a regional Marketing role in Diagnostics, Medical Device or Life Science field.
• People management and leadership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of SEA marketing strategy aligned with regional and global business priorities.
• Partner with country teams to develop and execute country marketing plans, go-to-market strategies, and commercial initiatives.
• Drive successful commercialization of new product launches, ensuring strong market adoption and revenue impact.
• Own product lifecycle management across SEA, including portfolio optimization and rationalization based on market insights.
• Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
• Act as the key regional interface with global marketing on product strategy, pipeline, and market feedback.
• Equip country teams with effective sales and marketing tools, including localized collaterals and value propositions.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Clinical, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Quality, Technical Service, and Operations to ensure aligned execution.
