Job summary

Danaher Diagnostics is seeking a Senior Medical Director for High Growth Markets to lead medical strategy across Singapore, Malaysia, and coordinated regions. You will ensure scientific differentiation and clinical impact while aligning with global priorities.

In this role, you will shape governance, drive evidence generation, and collaborate with regional teams to support launches, publication plans, and external engagement with KOLs and health networks.

Qualifications

• Proven strategic leadership in medical affairs or scientific leadership across regions.
• Strong governance frameworks and GxP principles knowledge.
• Ability to operationalize multi-country medical programs and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management in matrixed, multicultural teams.
• Experience representing multiple OpCos or business units within a platform model.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional medical strategy and align with Dx CMO and OpCo priorities.
• Represent Danaher Diagnostics and its OpCos in High Growth Markets.
• Provide governance and ensure compliance across regional medical teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to drive launches, evidence generation, and adoption.
• Build and mentor regional MedSci teams for high performance.
