Job summary

Sirtex Medical in Singapore seeks a seasoned Southeast Asia Sales Manager to lead and grow our commercial presence across SEA, including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, and Indonesia. You will build the regional sales strategy and coach a multi-market team of Key Account and Business Managers to drive adoption of SIR-Spheres and Embocept DSM.

You must reside in Singapore or Malaysia and be onsite in our Singapore office.

Qualifications

7+ years of medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sales experience, including 3+ years in a people-management or team-lead capacity.
Prior experience managing multi-country or multi-market sales territories within Southeast Asia (SEA) strongly preferred.
Oncology, interventional radiology, or related clinical sales background strongly preferred.
Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and building high-performing teams.
Strong understanding of hospital procurement, tender, and formulary processes across SEA markets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional regional languages is an advantage.
Strong analytical, forecasting, and business planning skills.
Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
Ability to travel extensively within Southeast Asia (60–75%), including occasional weekends/holidays as needed.
Valid driver's license and passport with ability to travel internationally

Responsibilities

Develop and execute SEA sales strategy and territory plans to achieve regional targets.
Lead, coach, and develop SEA team across markets.
Recruit, onboard, and manage performance of local sales personnel.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts and hospital stakeholders.
Identify, evaluate, and support hospital tenders and formulary participation.
Collaborate with distributors to ensure market coverage and pricing execution.
Monitor market dynamics and regulatory developments across SEA.
Plan and execute regional education programs with Marketing and Medical Affairs.
Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts and reviews.
Maintain up-to-date Salesforce CRM records.
Manage regional travel, budget, and expense planning.
