Qualifications

• Education: Advanced degree (MD, PhD, or PharmD) in Life Sciences, Medicine, or related discipline.
• Experience: 15+ years in medical affairs, clinical development, or scientific leadership in diagnostics, life sciences, pharma or medical devices, with exposure to emerging/high-growth markets.
• Strategic Leadership: Proven success developing and executing medical strategies across regional and OpCo levels.
• Governance and Compliance: Deep understanding of global/regional medical governance frameworks and GxP principles.
• Executional Excellence: Ability to operationalize multi-country medical programs and deliver outcomes.
• Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and stakeholder management in matrixed teams.
