Job summary

Xcellink Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior SDET to partner with engineering, product, and DevOps to embed quality early in development. You will own vendor-managed automation and transition it to in-house ownership while ensuring fast risk-based confidence in releases during migrations and platform modernisation.

The role requires taking ownership of test automation standards, expanding coverage across web, mobile, and backend, and improving release quality to boost user satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Delivered automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests aligning with critical user journeys.

Responsibilities

• Work with developers to design and implement tests at unit, component, API, integration, and end-to-end levels.
• Set up automated quality gates throughout the software development lifecycle to identify issues early.
• Define and track test automation metrics to support continuous improvement and accountability.
• Continuously improve coverage, reliability, and efficiency of test automation.
• Develop internal tools and libraries to make quality practices accessible to engineering and non-engineering teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align test automation strategies and objectives.
• Produce clear technical documentation including RFCs, test plans, READMEs, onboarding guides, and quality playbooks.
