Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to coach teams in agile practices and to champion cross-team alignment. You will facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, and work closely with product owners to ensure alignment with business goals.

The role requires seasoned Scrum Master experience in ICT environments, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. This is an on-site position in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Project Management or related field.
• SAFe Scrum Master or SAFe Advanced Scrum Master certification preferred.
• Experience coaching agile teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Fosters a self-organizing and empowered environment for on-time, high-quality product delivery.
• Facilitates Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives.
• Ensures adherence to Scrum framework and agile practices; tracks progress and removes impediments.
• Collaborates with product owners to prioritize backlog and align with business goals.
