Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to guide software teams in adopting Scrum and Agile practices. The role focuses on boosting team effectiveness, removing blockers, and ensuring delivery within scope and budget.

You will lead ceremonies, coach teams, and coordinate with product owners and stakeholders for aligned priorities. On-site Singapore-based position requiring strong communication skills, conflict resolution, and a proactive drive to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related field.
• Accredited certifications in Agile (e.g., SAFe, Scrum Master) are desirable.
• Experience leading Scrum teams in ICT/software environments.

Responsibilities

• Fosters a self-organizing, empowered environment for on-time, quality delivery.
• Facilitates Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensures adherence to Scrum and Agile practices, tracks progress with metrics, and removes impediments.
• Acts as bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align goals and timelines.
• Manages interdependencies and coordinates large, cross-functional teams.
