Qualifications

• Seasoned Scrum Master with ICT/software project experience.
• Experience coaching agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, XP).
• Experience with User Stories, CI/CD, automated testing.

Responsibilities

• Foster self-organizing teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
• Facilitate sprint ceremonies (planning, daily, reviews, retrospectives).
• Ensure adherence to Scrum framework and track progress.
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies and stakeholder alignment.
• Drive continuous improvement of agile processes.
