Job summary

Julius Baer is seeking an experienced Technical Scrum Master & DevOps Practitioner to lead Agile practices in the GPS domain and strengthen CI/CD, automation, and release processes. You will coach cross-functional teams, drive SAFe adoption, and partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure transparency and delivery.

The role requires 10+ years in Scrum Master roles, SAFe certification, and hands-on DevOps with tools like Jenkins, GitLab, and Kubernetes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or equivalent role.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders, including technical and non-technical teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Certification in SAFe, such as SAFe Agilist (SA) or SAFe Practitioner (SP).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of the technology stack for GPS ART environments.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile & SAFe Execution for GPS domain, including sprint and PI planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and backlog refinement.
• Enable high-performing teams through empowerment, prioritisation, and continuous improvement.
• Remove impediments and drive delivery by resolving blockers and escalating when needed.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, development teams, Test Management, and stakeholders to align on ART initiatives.
• Promote agile maturity and standardisation across the GPS domain.
• Drive automation by proposing and developing scripts.
• Manage configuration, packaging and deployments of application components.
• Onboard applications to common platforms (e.g., Observability Testing Framework, CI/CD platform).
• Contribute to software solutions strategy in a highly collaborative team.
