Job summary

Singular: Building Brilliant Biotechs in Singapore is seeking a Senior Scientist, RNA Analytical Development to lead analytical strategy across RNA raw materials, drug substances, and drug products. You will work across mRNA, ASOs, siRNA, gRNA, LNPs, and conjugated oligos.

You will establish robust, scalable analytical workflows and partner with chemistry, formulation, biology, and development teams to enable pipeline progression. A PhD with deep RNA analytics expertise is required.

Qualifications

PhD in Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field.
Extensive industry experience in RNA analytical development.
Strong expertise in LC-MS, HRMS, capillary electrophoresis, and advanced chromatographic techniques.
Comprehensive understanding of analytical workflows supporting pharmaceutical R&D.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and evolving research environment.

Responsibilities

Design and implement orthogonal analytical workflows (HPLC, LC-MS, HRMS, CE, UV, qPCR, DLS, TEM).
Define and assess CQAs using QbD principles.
Develop scalable, phase-appropriate analytical methods from discovery through IND-enabling studies.
Ensure data integrity and traceability using ELN and LIMS systems.
